State Street appoints Kleinfeld as head of EMEA fixed income sales

State Street Global Advisors appointed Konrad Kleinfeld as head of EMEA fixed income sales for its SPDR ETFs. He joined from BlackRock, where he was a senior member of its institutional ETF and index investments distribution team.

Kuhn joins Fidelity as head of European ETF distribution
Kronberg, Germany
Fidelity International appointed Stefan Kuhn to a newly created role. His focus will be to expand Fidelity’s European ETF business. Kuhn was previously at State Street Global Advisors, where he served as the group’s head of SPDR ETFs.

Impax hires Voûte as head of distribution for Europe and Apac
London, UK
Impax appointed Paul Voûte as head of distribution for Europe and Asia Pacific. Voûte will look after the group’s business development, consultant relations, RFP, portfolio specialists, and client relationship management teams in London and Dublin. He joins from Federated Hermes, where he was head of EMEA business development.

Algebris plans office in Zurich and makes double appointment
Zurich, Switzerland
As part of its expansion into the Dach region, Algebris Investments appointed Johannes Wettstein as CEO and Karolyn Krekic as business development director to its planned Zurich office. Wettstein joined Algebris in May 2021 as head of Dach after his departure from UBS. Krekic has over 20 years of industry experience and joins from Capital Group, where she was a managing director.

Swiss Life makes experienced hire in Paris distribution team
Paris, France
Swiss Life Asset Managers France has added a wholesale commercial manager to its distribution team. David Masse will be in charge of developing the client portfolio in France, Luxembourg and Monaco. He will specialise in developing sustainable impact strategies. Masse joins from Invesco where he was a business development manager. His long career in the industry began at BNP Paribas in 1998.

Ninety One deepens UK footprint with client team hires
London, UK
Ninety One has appointed Pat Sanderson as head of UK business development and Leanne Barnham as head of UK marketing.
Sanderson’s role is new. He will have overall responsibility for sales, client management and consultant relations for its UK business across the financial advice and the institutional space. The hires add to a 30-strong UK client group.
Sanderson joined from RBC, where he was responsible for sales, relationship management and marketing for the UK and Ireland. Barnham previously worked at Architas Multi-Manager, part of Axa Group, where she was global head of marketing.
